Our Policy
Each Jumbled Jewelry piece is made with care, often to order, and for that reason all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
In limited circumstances, we may offer an exchange. If your item arrives damaged due to a quality or craftsmanship issue, please email us within 14 days of delivery so we can review and assist. Items approved for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Jumbled Jewelry reserves the right to decline exchanges if these conditions are not met. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Cancelled Orders
Because many of our pieces are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We kindly ask that you double-check all selections before completing your purchase.
If you believe a mistake was made or need assistance, please email us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted, we will do our best to help if your request is received promptly.
